| 摘 要： | 以体育本质特点和政府职能研究文献为基础,综合以往有关社会发展理论成果,紧扣时代现实,提出社会转型期中国体育的主要职能定位应当与提供社会发展动力以及维护国家稳定等目标紧紧联系在一起。体育政府部门职能转变思路应当包括从以部门利益为导向向适应和平衡社会各类群体利益的方向转变;从体育公共产品的直接生产者角色向管理者方向转变;挖掘开发体育的多重功能,促进人与自然的和谐相处,弥补现代与传统的割裂,构建新的联结;促进体育发挥其特殊的教育功能,协助重新整合社会共同体。

| Abstract: | Based on the Essential Characteristics of Sport and Government Function,discussed the Transferring of China sport government Function in the period of social transformation.The results showed that China Sport Government can give the dynamic of social development and keeping the country together.The paper analysis the train of the Transferring of China sport government function. |
