| 摘 要： | 随着工商行政管理体制的改革，工商行政财务管理工怍在整个工商行政管理中占据重要位置，也必然决定着工商行政管理部门活动的范围和方向，因此，在工商行政财务管理工作中必须树立预算观念、法制观念、全局观念、服务观念、节俭观念。
