| 摘 要： | 网络的独特魅力和强大功能,不可避免地给高校德育工作带来新的机遇和挑战。明确高校网络德育的目标与任务,遵循高校网络德育的原则和规范,通过适当的方法和途径,在网络通信的基础之上建立起一套科学、完整、有效的高校网络德育体系是高校德育信息化发展的应然要求和必然趋势,已成为高校德育工作者必须正视和研究的课题。

| Abstract: | With its charm and power, Internet has brought to college moral education both opportuni- ties and challenges. We should make full use of this powerful medium to improve our moral education. A complete Internet-based moral education system should be set up including the educational goal, specific tasks, basic principles, feasible means, and so on. |
