| 摘 要： | 当前大学生职业规划存在诸多问题,通过对扬州某大学400名大学生生涯规划现状的问卷调查发现,主要有规划意识弱、自我认知不足、对职业了解甚少等问题。问题的产生既有教育和社会的因素,也有学校、学生和性别、地域等因素。提高大学生职业生涯规划水平有助于大学生就业,而高校和学生作为规划的主体更应积极采取行动以提高职业规划水平。

| Abstract: | A survey of four hundred university undergraduates in Yangzhou by questionnaire discloses some career-planning-related problems such as weak awareness of career planning,lack of self knowledge,scarce knowledge about careers,and so on.These problems may be ascribed to many factors including school,students per se,gender,region as well as education and society.An adequate career plan will help improve the employment and the school and students should be more aware of this. |
