| 摘 要： | 领导影响力是指能够有效影响和改变被领导者行为和心理的能力。从性质上看,可将其分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力,两者的辩证关系影响了领导影响力在领导实践中的效能。领导影响力的发挥可给领导活动带来正负两方面的效果,领导者应将非权力影响力和权力影响力有机结合,努力提升领导影响力,积极发挥其正面效应。
