| 摘 要： | 目前，地方师范大学已有的学科结构较单一、学科间交叉融合程度较低、新的学科队伍力量不强等缺陷不利于培养综合素质高的优秀教师。安徽师范大学的办学实践证明，转型期地方师范大学只有坚持不懈地抓学科建设，才能实现学科建设上水平，学校办学上层次的发展目标。本文从科学制定规划、建设特色学科、优化学科结构、加强科学研究和提高师资队伍等方面阐述了地方师范大学转型期学科建设的主要措施。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, simpler discipline structure, less discipline fusion and weaker discipline strength are unsuitahle for culturing good teachers with comprehensive quality. The practice of Anhui Normal University demonstrates that a higher level of both discipline construction and university can be obtained only by continuous discipline construction. This paper puts forward the main measures that should be taken by regional normal universities in the mode - transitional period with respect to scientifically drawing up a program, constructing distinctive discipline, optimizing discipline structure, strengthening scientific research and improving the quality of the faculty. |
