| Abstract: | The qualification of master degree graduates program of the college libraries is one of the effective measures to cultivate library talents. Furthermore, it will improve the present conditions of scientific research on libraries and facilitate the development of postgraduates programs of library science and thus satisfy the need for high-quality librarians. It will surely attract enormous number of students and reward them with promising future, which will bring out positive effectives in the circle of libraries. |
