| 摘 要： | 当今,国际贸易迅速增加,并以此带动经济增长。但是,国际贸易与环境问题的冲突越来越严重。而国际贸易中环境问题的国际冲突源于国际贸易理论的缺陷和不同国家的比较优势的差异。由于考虑环境因素后的贸易利得不同,解决和协调环境问题应通过环境成本内在化和加强国际合作。

| Abstract: | Nowadays every country does its best to increase international trade to develop economic.But,the conflict between the international trade and environment problem is more and more serious.The source of conflict comes form the international trade theories and the benefit from international trade,because the trade's benefit is different after considering the environmental cost.The effective measures to solute the conflict of environment problem are that we must consider the environmental cost in international trade and make more coordination in the world. |
