| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生干部在学生管理工作中起着举足轻重的作用,但在目前学生干部队伍中还存在不少问题。通过分析其原因,提出严格把好干部选拔关、定期对学生干部进行培训、充分重视对学生干部的培养、形成有力的激励和监督机制、加强学生干部的梯队建设等五项学生干部队伍建设措施。

| Abstract: | Student cadres team in vocational colleges play an important part in the students＇ management. Yet some problems are still existed in the team at present. In view of these problems, the writers put forward five suggestions which are that we must be very strict with selecting student cadres. We need to hold regular meetings of student cadres training. We should pay attention to developing the student cadres team. We need to form a powerful system with stimulant and supervision. And we need to strengthen the building of student cadres team. |
