| 摘 要： | 在传统企业边界理论基础上,运用模块化理论分析了纵向模块化、横向模块化和网络模块化企业的形态与形成过程,对模块化企业边界进行动态研究,认为不同方式形成的模块化企业的边界变化趋势不同。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and researches the form and form course of vertical modularity firms,horizontal modularity firms and network modularity firms, based on the traditional theory of firm's boundary.Finally,the authors draw the conclusion that different forms of modularization firms have different boundaries. |
