| Abstract: | University digital library construction of Tianjin is a typical example of library regional cooperation in China. This paper deeply studies on the results and problems of the construction process. The process includes many aspects, such as the union system and the technical platform construction, the resources construction, resources sharing, the organizational structure construction and the rules and regulations formulation, service training and the team building. |
