| 摘 要： | 高职教育“工学结合”人才培养模式中，职业技能培训具有专业性、职业性、实用性和市场性等特征，开展非师范专业职业技能培训是高职院校培养高技能人才的有效途径。为提高桂林师专化学系非师范专业职业技能，根据化学系非师范专业工业分析与检测和生化制药技术的专业特点，对两专业进行了职业技能培训强化试点，从试点情况进行分析，研究成果促进了课程改革与专业建设，提高了学生的职业素养和就业能力。

| Abstract: | In the higher vocational education of Talent Cultivating Mode of ＂Applying Stuoy to Work , vocational skill training has its features, such as professional, vocational, practical and market-oriented, etc. Carrying out the vocational skills training on non-teacher professional majors is an effective way that higher vocational colleges use to develop high-skilled personnel. In order to improve non-teacher professional majors＇ vocational skills in our department, according to the professional characteristics of non-teacher pro- fessional industry analysis and detection and biochemical pharmaceutical technology of our department, we have carried out a strengthening pilot of vocational skill training on those two majors, and analyzed the pilot＇s situation. The research results have improved the course reform and professional construction, and strengthened the students＇ professionalism and employability. |
