| 摘 要： | 党的"十六"大报告明确提出"必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济发展",为非公有制经济发展创造了良好的环境.在某种程度上,可以这样认为个体和私营经济是否发达,决定着该地区整体经济发展水平的高低.同经济发达地区相比,隆阳区经济发展落后,个体私营经济发展相对滞后是主要原因之一.因此,正确认识隆阳区个体私营经济发展的现状,深入研究探索加快该区个体私营经济发展的对策和措施,对推动隆阳区委、政府提出的促进个体私营经济大发展、大提高的战略实施具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Non - state owned economy, as a part in national economy, has a great deal to do with the regional development. Compared with the advanced regions, Longyang District is backward in the economic sectors of private ownership. Therefore, it is of great importance to speed up the development of non - state owned economy. |
