| 摘 要： | 孔子是中国历史上著名教育家,在长达近50年的教师生涯中,孔子大胆提出了“性相近、习相远”的命题,打出了“有教无类”的招牌,创立儒家学派。他以培养高级治国人才“君子”为教育宗旨,以“六经”为教学内容、广招天下学子,通过因材施教、启发诱导培养了“三千弟子”。终其一生,学而不厌,诲人不倦,确不愧为万世师表。孔子的一生,正是中华民族延续几千年的教师精神的最好概括,应继续发扬光大。

| Abstract: | Confucius is a famous educator in Chinese history. In his almost 50 years'teaching career, Confucius audaciously set forth the proposition "Anyone's nature is similar while education makes it different", showed out the signboard of "Everyone should be educated equally" and initiated Confucian school. He thought the purpose of education was to cultivate senior administrative talents "junzi" and took "the six classics" as the teaching contents. Moreover, he recruited students in a large scale and cultivated "three thousand pupils" by inspiring, guiding and teaching them according to their aptitudes. Confucius was insatiable in learning and tireless in teaching all his life. Indeed he deserves to be the Model Teacher of Myriads of Ages. All his life is just the best generalization of teacher spirit that has lasted for several thousand years in China. The spirit should be carried forward. |
