| 摘 要： | 通过6所985高校的小样本数据推测出每30万元投入产出1篇国际论文或1件发明专利、每10万元投入产出1篇国内论文,从而获得1篇国际论文或1件发明专利相当于0.3百万元、1篇国内论文相当于0.1百万元的科技投资回报转换当量。全国科技产出按该当量折算后基本对合国家财政科技拨款,因而可供国内估算参考。 |

| Abstract: | Via a small sample consisting of 6 top Chinese universities,we introduce 300,000 RMB being equivalent to an international article or an invented patent and 100,000 RMB equivalent to a national paper.Verified by the national SciTech invest and output,we conclude that the trans-equivalence of ROI is an international article or an invented patent matching to 0.3 million Yuan and a national paper to 0.1 million Yuan,in China. |
