| 摘 要： | 中小企业在经济增长、就业创造和科技创新方面发挥重要基础性作用,但由于自身的禀赋和能力差异以及外部环境影响,其创新呈现出诸多不同于大型企业的特征,同时也面临诸多问题和挑战。本文依据2009年四川德阳中小企业调查中716家企业样本的数据,对中小企业创新从创新源、创新动力、创新活动内容、创新投入和产出以及获得政府支持情况等方面进行了全过程分析,总结出其创新的基本特征,并指出其存在受益于外部知识源少、创新投入不足、创新内容单一、获得政策支持不够等问题,最后针对问题提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises play an important fundamental role in economic growth,employment creation and innovation of science and technology.As a result of their endowments and ability differences and the effect of exterior environment,the small and medium enterprises’ characteristics of innovation are quite different from large enterprises,they also face many problems and challenges.The dissertation draws a whole process analysis on the source of innovation,innovation power,innovation activities,innovation input and output,and obtain the support from government status,summarizes the basic characteristics of the innovation of the small and medium enterprises,based on the survey of small and medium-sized enterprise in Deyang city at 2009 in which the data of 716 enterprises has been collected.Author findsds the small and medium enterprises have many problems such as insufficient of external knowledge,innovation investment insufficiency,single innovation content,policy support is not enough.At last,author puts forward relevant policy suggestions to solve the problems. |
