| 摘 要： | 开放大学建设开启了远程教育的新航程,也为开放教育理念的研究提出了新的研究要求.英国开放大学是世界公认开放教育的成功典范,也成了人们研究开放教育理念的标本.文章通过分析、比较中英开放教育理念异同、差距,提出了开放教育理念的构想,以就教于大方之家.

| Abstract: | The Open University building opens a new chapter of distance education of China.It also requires the theoretical research for the open education concept study.The Open University in Britain is a successful ex-ample of open education and a sample for open education concept study.By comparing the similarities and differ-ences of the open education concepts of China and Britain,this paper is trying to come up with a new open education concept. |
