| 摘 要： | 乌克兰著名教育家马卡连柯认为：教师的主体作用,集中表现为培养学生集体;在学生集体形成后,主要不是靠教师采教育各个学生,而是通过学生集体,实现学生自我教育、自主管理与监督,这样既把学生集体作为教育对象,又把学生集体作为教育主体,学生干部是广大学生的带头人,他们的工作是学校工作重要的组成部分,对校风与班风建设起着有力的推动作用,在使用中坚持教育、培齐、信任、爱护的原则,方能建设一支稳定而强干的学生干部队伍,充分发挥其先锋与桥梁作用,作者结合自己的学生工作经历,就如何培养和使用学生干部时应注意的几点方面,提出了自己的见解,具有非常强的可操作性,

| Abstract: | Student cadres are the head of all students.Their work is an important part of school work,and plays a forceful role in forming school spirit and class spirit.Only if we adhere to the principle of"educating, training,trusting and cherishing" can we build up a steady and efficient team of student cadres,and fully bring their function as a pioneer and bridge into play.Concerning several points in how to train and make use of student cadres,the author integrates her own working experience into this paper,raises her own opinions which are strongly practical. |
