| 摘 要： | “法律基础”课立足于客观现实，对大学生进行马克思主义法学观和法律基本知识教育，培养和提高大学生的法律意识和法制观念。现有的教学模式存在的许多弊端，而案例教学模式的引入有助于这些问题的解决。从教师的角度论述了案例教学模式的实施。
