| 摘 要： | 教学档案是高校教学活动和教学管理工作的真实记录,是高校档案工作的核心和重点。医药高专教学档案管理存在管理滞后、系部级教学档案无人管理以及混乱滞后等问题,加强教学档案管理工作需要大力宣传,提高档案意识,健全教学档案管理制度,科学完善归档目录,建立高素质的档案工作队伍,加强教学档案信息数字化建设。

| Abstract: | The teaching archives are the authentic record of teaching activities and management at institutions of higher education,and the core and focus of college Archives work.However,the teaching archives management lags at medical colleges,and the teaching archives are unwatched and out of order in the departments.In order to strengthen the teaching archives management,we should vigorously promote and improve awareness of the archives management,perfect teaching archives management system,scientifically improve the catalogues of archives,and build a high-quality archival work force,strengthen the digitization of the teaching archives information. |
