| 摘 要： | 随着我国高职教育的迅猛发展,高职毕业生就业问题成为国家关心、社会关注、学校重视的民生问题。缓解和解决当前高校毕业生就业压力问题,既要靠经济发展和社会进步的良好环境,也要靠学校转变人才培养模式、提高人才培养质量的支承,但根本上取决于高职学生自身综合素质和就业能力的提高。分析高职院校学生能力显得格外重要,本文就是借用波特先生的钻石模型来构建高职学生就业能力模型,探索价值观在就业能力中的作用。
