| 摘 要： | 文章在对学术不端文献的界定和分类的基础上,阐述了学术不端文献产生的原因主要有四个方面:科学道德的缺失;科学精神的缺乏;期刊未能尽职尽责做好编辑出版工作;具体科研单位缺少有关学术不端行为处罚规定。并就此提出了学术不端文献具体防范措施:加强科学道德和科学精神的教育;期刊运用计算机网络技术和信息技术提高鉴别能力;具体科研单位制定有关学术不端行为处罚规定。
