| 摘 要： | 在我国医疗卫生体制改革发展的新形势下,当前公立医院财务管理中存在意识薄弱、财务成本核算不完善、财务分析能力欠缺、固定资产清查制度和维修制度缺乏和全面预算制度不成熟等问题,本文针对以上问题提出加强管理意识、完善成本核算制度、提高财务分析能力、健全固定资产清查和维修制度、完善全面预算制度、完善绩效评价与控制制度和通过加强内外审计强化财务监督的对策。
