摘    要:高校体育教师绩效改革对于充分调动教师的工作积极性、保证教学训练和高等学校的长期稳定发展有着十分重要的意义。构建了一个完整的高校教师绩效评价系统,设计了一套高校教师绩效考核指标,并确定了各指标的权重,能直接关系到最大限度的调动教师的体育教学工作积极性,体育教师绩效考核评价指标的权重设置,对高校体育教师实施绩效评价指标的量化以及管理提供了科学依据。
