| 摘 要： | 研发能力的实质是蕴涵于其中的知识。在分析团队研发能力及知识网络的基础上,运用系统分析和推理演绎等方法,研究基于知识网络的团队研发能力增长过程,提出基于知识网络的团队研发能力增长模式,指出研发能力增长过程是知识协调的过程。
