| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络技术的发展,网络已逐渐渗透到人们的工作、学习和生活等各个领域,并对人们,尤其青少年的心理健康产生了一定的冲击.本文主要从青少年心理健康的角度,论述青少年沉溺于上网的主要原因及网络可能给青少年心理健康带来的双重影响.网络带来的思考主要是学校、家庭及社会协同,加强网络文明工程建设,发挥网络积极的心理效应,控制和减少其消极心理作用.

| Abstract: | With the development of the computer-network-tech, network has gradually expanded into all the spheres of people's work? study and everyday life, impacting their, especially the youth's psychological health. This paper elaborates on the main reasons of the indulging the network of the youth and the dual effect probably brought by the network in the view of the psychological health of the youth. The consideration is primarily the cooperation of the school.family and society, strengthening the construction of the project of the civilization of the network, giving free rein on the positive psychological effect, controlling and reducing the negative psychological function. |
