| 摘 要： | 加强思想政治工作是人事劳资管理的内在要求,高校人才聚集,思想活跃,就更突显其在人事劳资管理中的地位和作用.当前,强化高校人事劳资管理工作中的思想政治工作,要以提高人事劳资管理的整体效能为目标,挖掘和发挥管理工作的思想政治优势,使之内嵌于日常的人事劳资管理工作当中,实现人事劳资管理与思想政治工作的有机结合.
