| 摘 要： | 民办高校存在着生源质量、管理质量、办学特色和师资队伍等问题,这些问题影响了民办高校的教育教学质量,应寻找可行的路径,采取正确的对策,提高教育教学质量。在高等教育大众化的背景下,民办高校只有循着可行的路径,采取正确的措施,不断提高教育教学质量,培养高素质应用型人才,满足经济社会发展需要,才能实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | There are some problems in private colleges and universities,such as the quality of students,management quality,characteristics and teachers.These problems affect the education and teaching quality of private colleges and universities.We should find feasible paths and take correct countermeasures to improve the education and teaching quality.In the context of the popularization of higher education,private colleges and universities can achieve sustainable development only by following feasible paths and correct measures of constantly improving the quality of education and teaching,cultivating high-quality applied talents and meeting the needs of economic and social development. |
