摘    要:《国务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》的出台,标志着我国的职业教育产教融合由1.0时代迈向了2.0时代。在该阶段,职业教育产教融合应牢牢坚守教育与技术深度融合,坚持从依托企业走向拥抱行业,坚持从单体合作发展成链式生态协作等,助力产教融合迈向新格局。通过深入剖析职业教育产教融合2.0时代的难题,发现顶层设计碎片化、思维认知局限化、学校合作能力内卷化、监督考核机制缺失、产教融合的成效难以得到有效检验等方面的问题依然存在。我国需要从整体上加强顶层设计,破除产教融合“两张皮”痼疾;走出认知窠臼,创新产教融合形态;提升学校社会服务能力,增强企业参与产教融合的动力;建立系统化的监督考核机制,强化产教融合绩效的质量管理。

Abstract:The publication of Several Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education marks the transition of production-education integration of vocational education in China from the 1.0 era to the 2.0 era.At this stage,production-education integration in vocational education should firmly adhere to the in-depth integration of education and technology,insist on moving from relying on enterprises to embracing the industry,and insist on developing from single cooperation to chain ecological cooperation,so as to help production-education integration move towards a new pattern.Through the in-depth analysis of the problems in the 2.0 era of production-education integration in vocational education,this paper finds that the problems of fragmentation of top-level design,limitation of thinking and cognition,involution of school cooperation ability,lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism,and difficulty in effectively testing the effectiveness of production-education integration still exist.China needs to strengthen the top-level design as a whole to get rid of the“two skins”of production-education integration;get out of the cognition gap,innovate the form of production-education integration;improve the ability of school social service,and increase the motivation of enterprises to participate in production-education integration;establish a systematic supervise and assessment mechanism,and strengthen the quality management of production-education integration.
