| 摘 要： | 对于教育公正和均衡的坚守与追求是美国社区学院教育一直以来的发展目标。21世纪以来,美国社会对教育公正更高层次的追求和对教育质量均衡发展的关注,推动了美国社区学院的教育改革。由此,美国政府围绕教育公正和均衡的发展目标,对教育范式、合作体系和教育资金的资助与流动等方面进行实践规范,以此追求教育质量公正的价值,保证教育机会平等。借鉴美国社区学院教育改革的成效与特点,为我国高等职业教育改革提供一些经验和思路,对我国建设公正且高质量的高等职业教育具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The pursuit of educational justice and balance has always been the goal of American community college education.Since the 21st century,the higher level pursuit of educational justice and the concern for balanced development of educational quality have promoted the educational reform of American community colleges.Focusing on the fair and balanced development of education,the United States government pursues the fair value of education quality by regulating the educational paradigm,cooperation system and the funding and flow of educational funds,to ensure equal access to education.Therefore,by learning from the achievements and characteristics of the educational reform of American community colleges,this paper provides some experiences and ideas for the reform of higher vocational education in China,which is of great significance to the construction of fair and high-quality higher vocational education in China. |
