终身学习视域下成人技术支持自我调节学习影响因素研究

摘    要:信息技术的迅猛发展及在教育领域的广泛应用,为终身学习提供了强有力的支持,技术支持的自我调节学习已成为终身学习的重要方式。而技术支持的自我调节学习是复杂的过程,众多因素导致成人信息技术使用情况不理想,因此有必要对相关影响因素进行深入研究。构建成人技术支持自我调节学习影响因素模型,选取参加公益课程的670名成人学习者为研究对象,采用结构方程模型分析法对模型进行检验与修正。结果表明,经验开放、风险倾向两个人格特征因素,以及技术支持可用性、外部设备可访问性两个外部因素在不同程度上对成人技术支持的自我调节学习产生影响。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了相关策略。

Abstract:The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and its wide application in the field of education provide strong support for lifelong learning.Self-regulated learning supported by information technology has become an important way of lifelong learning.Self-regulated learning supported by information technology is a complex process,and many factors lead to the unsatisfactory use of adult information technology.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on relevant influencing factors.The model of influencing factors of adult self-regulated learning supported by information technology was constructed,and 670 adult learners who participated in public welfare courses were selected as the research objects.The analysis method of structural equation model(SEM)was used to test and revise the model.The results show that two personality factors of openness to experience and risk propensity,as well as two external factors of technical support availability and external equipment accessibility can affect adult self-regulated learning supported by information technology in different degrees.On this basis,this paper puts forward relevant strategies.
