摘    要:以鸡冠花、金盏菊两种花卉种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液(0、50、100、150、200、250mmol/L)胁迫下种子发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势、主根长、下胚轴长、侧根长、幼芽叶绿素含量及根系活力等相关指标的变化规律.试验结果表明:鸡冠花种子在NaCl浓度≤100 mmol/L时,各指标与对照差异不显著,说明鸡冠花对低浓度盐胁迫有一定适应性,而高浓度的盐胁迫对其有很强抑制作用;随着NaCl浓度升高,金盏菊各项测量指标均受到一定程度抑制.说明不同露地花卉种子在发芽期的耐盐力表现出明显的差异,且鸡冠花耐盐能力显著强于金盏菊.

Influence of Salt Stress on Germination Characteristics of Celosia Cristata and Calendula officinalis Seeds

Abstract:Two kinds of flower seeds Celosia Cristata and Calendula officinalis were used as test materials, and different concentrations of NaCl stress (0, 50, 100, 150, 200,250 mmol/L) on the variety regulations of seed germination rate, relative germination rate, germination energy, the length of taproot, hypocotyl, lateral root, plumule chlorophyll content and root activity were studied. The test results showed that when NaCl concentration was less than 100 mmol/L, each indicator of Celosia Cristata seeds had no significant difference with the control, which was indicated that Celosia Cristata seeds have certain adaptability in low concentration of salt stress. But it had a strong inhibitory effect in high concentration of salt stress. With the increase of NaCl concentration, each indicator of Calendula officinalis seeds was affected and to some extent inhibited. It was shown that the different outdoor flower seeds during germination of salt tolerance exhibited significant difference, and Celosia Cristata was significantly stronger in salt -tolerance ability than Calendula officinalis.
