| 摘 要： | 建立有效的企业技术创新体系是提高企业创新能力的保证。文章建立了由创新动力机制、激励机制、约束机制、支撑机制和运行机制有机构成的企业技术创新体系。文章将技术创新主体从“企业”深化到企业中的“人”,将企业从事技术创新的动机转化为人的行为动机,把技术创新主体划分为具有广泛适应性的公司、部门和个人三个层次,并由此构造了技术创新动力的三级传递系统。将建立企业技术创新体系与企业的基本管理职能、特别企业目标管理体系相联系,把企业技术创新活动管理纳入企业日常管理活动,以确保企业创新体系的有效运行。

| Abstract: | To assure the development of the ability of technology innovation, the establishment of efficient technology innovation system is necessary. A new technology innovation system is devised in this paper and five parts are involved in this system: dynamic mechanism, stimulate mechanism, restriction mechanism, support mechanism and run mechanism. In this paper, the subject of technology innovation is deepened from ‘firm’ to ‘individual’, the motivation to technology innovation of firm is translated into the action motivation of individual. The subject is divided into three levels which have abroad adaptability: firm, department, individual, thus a three-level transfer system of motivation of technology innovation is framed. To ensure the technology innovation system would run efficiently, that system must be related with the basic management function and the object management system of firm, the management action of technology innovation must be regarded as a kind of daily management action. |
