| 摘 要： | 为了使ISO9000-2000国际标准能在体育服务业中有效地应用，对体育服务产品、体育服务业、体育服务产品的质量特性、体育服务组织的顾客等一系列与质量管理体系相关的概念进行了探讨，并以ISO9000族标准为依据，对体育服务业质量管理体系的模式，以及建立该体系的方法步骤，进行了初步研究。 |

| Abstract: | In order to effectively use the standard of ISO9000~2000 in sports service industry,this paper makes discussion on concept related with quality management system such as sports service products,sports service industry,quality characteristics of sports service products and customer of sports service organization.Based on the standard of ISO9000,the author makes preliminary study on model of sports service industry management system and procedure of establishing this system. |
