| 摘 要： | 辅导员是现代大学生思想教育工作的中坚力量,是大学生健康成长的引导者。大学思想政治教育工作队伍的主体是由职业化辅导员和班主任,思政理论课和哲学社会科学课教师,以及学校党政干部和共青团干部共同构成的。加强辅导员队伍建设,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组织保证和长效机制,我们必须建设一支带有中国特色的,符合实际情况的专业化辅导员队伍。本文从专业化、职业化发展角度探讨了高校辅导员队伍建设对策。
