| 摘 要： | 高校行政的管理水平和行政人员的工作能力,在一定程度上决定了高校的竞争力,而对行政管理人员绩效进行评价是目前高校管理工作中相对薄弱的一个环节,针对目前高校绩效考核主要存在问题,分析科学有效绩效考核的关键以及如何构建绩效考核流程成为当前热点。
