摘    要:以大鼠为对象建立持续训练、间歇训练及静力训练3种实验动物模型,研究持续6周的上述3种训练对大鼠心脏系数及心肌细胞超微结构的影响。结果:持续训练组心脏系数增加(p〈0.05),光镜下心肌组织毛细血管管径增大、密度增加,电镜下心肌细胞线粒体体积大、融合、肌节变长;间歇训练组心系数增加(p〈0.05),心股细胞节缩短,局部可见肌丝断裂、Z线紊乱;静力训练组心脏系数增大仁无显著性意义,心肌细胞线粒体破裂、

Abstract:Effects of three kinds of train lasting 6 weeks on myocardial ultrastructure of rat were studied.The results showed that static train caused the damage of mitochondria in cardic cells,enduance train elongated the sarcomere and enlarged the shape of mitochondria of cardic cells,intermittent train caused the damage of sarcomere.The results above infered to the different effects of three kinds of train on myocardial ultrastructure of rats.
