| 摘 要： | 教师要把新的理念转交成为自己的教学行为,必须不断对自己的教育教学实践进行研究和反思。本文从实践的角度论述教师如何从课堂中、从自己的经历中、从学生的反映中、从与同事的合作交流中时时留心、处处反思,进而快速成长为一名优秀的研究型教师。
