| 摘 要： | 鉴于国内从法律方面就发展我国对外投资的研究较少，有必要对国际投资的概念、风险及相关国家的影响进行归纳，并结合我国实际，从法律角度对我国对外投资的现状进行分析，正视存在的问题，从宏观、微观多角度提出解决问题的办法和对策。

Legal Consideration on International Investment in Our Country and Investment Abroad |

| Abstract: | There are few legal studies in China on developing investment abroad presently. Therefore, it is necessary to sum up the concept and risks of international investment and the influence on countries involved. Then the paper analyzes the actuality of investment abroad of our country from the legal angle, confronts and puts forward the countermeasures and methods of solving the existing problems on macroscopic and microscopic view in order to offer some help for investment in foreign countries. |
