基于元认知理论的学习策略研究

摘    要:学习策略是学习者在长期的学习过程中选择的适合自己学习风格并能提高学习效率的学习方法。元认知策略对学习者学习策略的选择起指导和调控作用,其目的在于帮助学生提高自主学习能力。元认知策略对学习者学习策略的选择起导向作用,增强学生的学习动机、丰富学生的元认知体验,不仅可以提高学生的独立学习能力,而且在帮助教师提高外语课堂教学效果方面也具有积极的意义。

Abstract:Leaming strategy is a kind of learning method selected to match the students' learning styles and to promote their study efficiency. Meta - cognition strategies can direct and improve the learners' choices to the learning strategies. It means to help to train students' autonomous learning ability. The importance of meta - cognition strategies in the aspect of choosing learning strategies is valued to discuss. It stresses that the meta- cognition strategies have great significance to strengthen students' abilities to study independently and to achieve the harmonious teaching effects in class.
