| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪的中国竞技体育迎来了前所未有的挑战与机遇，同时更面临改革与发展的双重使命，中国竞技体育在21世纪走可持续发展的道路是时代和现实的双重需要。基于教练员在竞技体育中的重要地位，对中国教练员人才资源的开发刻不容缓。
