| Abstract: | It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the curriculum staff professionalization to improve the quality of teachers' continuing education curriculum completely.The curriculum staff of teachers' continuing education includes the curriculum decision-makers(or arbitrators),the curriculum developers and the curriculum implementers.The connotation of the curriculum staff professionalization of teachers' continuing education consists of fine moral characters,good psychological peculiarities,rich knowledge and excellent abilities.And these must be developed from ideas,organizations,rules and so on. |
