| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对普通高校实施新《纲要》后,教师应该具有的教学观、教师观和学生观进行论述。提出新的教学观应该向重视学生,重视能力培养,重视学法,重视过程及重视创新转变;新的教师观体现为教师既是运动技能传授者、教学活动的设计者、组织者和管理者,也是学习者、学者和学生心灵的培育者;新的学生观应将学生看作是发展的人、独特的人,要赏识学生、尊重学生,向学生学习并不断进行自我反思。

| Abstract: | This thesis,by consulting documents,makes a discussion on the views of teaching,teacher,student that teachers should have after the actualization of new compendium in universities.Putting forward that the new views of teaching should transfer to the emphases of students themselves,ability training,learning method,process,and innovation;the new views of teacher should show that teacher is not only the initiator of sport skills,the designer,organizer,and manager of teaching activities,but also the learner,the scholar and the cultivator of student's spirit;the new views of student should look upon the students as developing and characteristic individuals,should appreciate them,respect them,learn from them and keep self-criticism. |
