| 摘 要： | 功利主义幸福观对大学生网络道德教育产生了重要影响。但是大学生对于功利主义幸福观的内容却存在误解，由此导致了错误的价值取向。文章首先梳理了密尔功利主义幸福观的基本内容。接着指出大学生网络行为失范的原因在于其没能客观地理解功利主义幸福观．最后指出客观公正地理解密尔功利主义幸福观可以对大学生网络道德教育产生积极的影响。
