| 摘 要： | 企业文化作为现代企业的一种价值准则、道德规范和企业意识形态体系,它倡导＂以人为本＂,强调要关心人、尊重人、理解人、信任人、培育人、激励人;企业文化需要创新,其创新的价值取向亦是＂以人为本＂：创新的基本原则是以＂人＂为出发点和中心,终极目标是实现＂人＂的全面发展,实现途径是激发和调动＂人＂的积极性、主动性和创造性。
