摘    要:企业文化作为现代企业的一种价值准则、道德规范和企业意识形态体系,它倡导"以人为本",强调要关心人、尊重人、理解人、信任人、培育人、激励人;企业文化需要创新,其创新的价值取向亦是"以人为本":创新的基本原则是以"人"为出发点和中心,终极目标是实现"人"的全面发展,实现途径是激发和调动"人"的积极性、主动性和创造性。
