| 摘 要： | 对山东省高等学校招收高水平运动员和优秀运动员的现状进行了调查分析，并提出山东省高校高水平运动队可持续发展的对策，即：加强组织领导；调整项目布局，取得成绩突破；构建教育系统优秀人才培养体系；加大经费投入和场馆建设；注重教练员队伍建设。 |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the status quo of the universities in Shandong province which recruited high-level and outstanding athletes,and the sustainable development of high-level sports team.We have concluded the experience and revealed the inadequacies of high-level sports team.This paper proposed the ideas of sustainable development so as to provide theoretical guidance for university high-level sports teams in Shandong province. |
