| 摘 要： | 干部教育培训在继续教育领域里占据非常重要和特殊的地位，实施教育创新相对而言更加容易。历奇为本辅导教学法和行动导向教学法，相对于传统的课堂讲授法而言，是两种新的教学方法，在培训中它们各有优点和局限，结合使用会有很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Since the education and training of cadres in the field of continuing education has a vital and special position, the implementation of educational innovations is relatively much easier. Compared with the traditional classroom instruction approaches, the approaches of adventure-based counseling and action-oriented teaching are two new ones, in practice we find that they have their own benefits and limitations, and it will take on a better prospect if we combine them together. |
