| 摘 要： | 在国家高度重视和大力发展职业教育的政策机遇下,本文结合省委"3341"工程和临夏州经济发展及劳动力转移需求,进一步全面了解经济社会市场发展对紧缺人才的需求1],对临夏民族地区中等职业教育的生源情况、教学质量和就业状况等问题进行调查研究和深度思考,正确认识临夏职业教育的现状、找出存在问题的根源并提出有效的解决办法,为政府制定规划职业教育,建设具有特色专业、区域特点的职业学校,使临夏职业教育快速健康发展,更好地服务地方经济社会,无疑具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Under the policy opportunity that the country attaches great importance to vocational education and vigorously develops it, combined with the "3341" project of the Provincial Party Committee and the economic development and labor transfer needs of Linxia Prefecture, we further fully understand the needs of the economic and social market development for talents in short supply, investigate and deeply consider the issues of student source, teaching quality and employment status of vocational education, correctly understand the current situation of Linxia vocational education, identify the root causes of the problems and propose effective solutions, which undoubtedly has important guiding significance for the government to formulate planning for vocational education, and build vocational schools with distinctive specialties and regional characteristics, and making Linxia vocational education develop rapidly and healthily and serve the local economy and society better. |
