| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革的不断深入,给学生减负、提高教学效率越来越受到重视,笔者认为可以从三个方面入手:(1)做好课前准备,这是提高教学效率的前提。课前准备要发挥集体备课的力量,形成完备的教学设计。(2)丰富多彩的课堂教学,这是提高教学效率的保证。课堂上通过引导激趣和合理运用信息技术来激发学生学习兴趣,变被动学习为主动学习。(3)及时的教学反思,这是提高教学效率的催化剂。教学反思特别是教学过程中的反思,可以将预设与生成联系,产生教学灵感,形成教师的教学风格。

| Abstract: | With the continuous deepening of education reform,more and more attention has been paid to reducing the burden on students and improving teaching efficiency. The writer believes that we can start from three aspects: first, it is necessary to make careful preparations before class, which is the prerequisite for improving teaching efficiency, and the advantages of collective lesson preparation should be played in order to form a complete teaching design;second, colorful classroom teaching is the guarantee of improving teaching efficiency, and it is necessary to stimulate students’ learning interest and transform passive learning to active learning through the rational application of information technology;third, timely teaching reflection is a catalyst to imp rove teaching efficiency, as teaching reflection, especially teaching process reflection, can link presupposition with generation, generate teaching ideas, and form a teacher’s teaching style. |
