| 摘 要： | 纵观关节体系,膝关节应用范围较广,承担大量肢体动作,因而往往磨损程度最为严重,致使膝关节骨性关节炎频发(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)。KOA发病率高且随着人口老龄化的加剧而逐步上升,但目前尚无根治手段。《灵枢·本输》中有"刺犊鼻者,屈不能伸"。针灸"犊鼻"穴具有通经活络的作用,擅治膝痛、麻木、屈伸不利、脚气等。可见我国古代医家在对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的治疗上"犊鼻"穴必不可少。现代在常规针刺、敷灸法、热敏灸、温针灸、中医理筋手法、综合疗法及激光灸疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎中也都取用"犊鼻"穴。

| Abstract: | Throughout the joint system, the knee joint has a wide range of applications and bears a lot of limb movements,so it is often the most severely worn, resulting in frequent knee osteoarthritis(KOA). The incidence of KOA is high and gradually increases with the aging of the population, but there is currently no cure. "Miraculous Pivot: Shu-Stream Acupoint" pointed out that "the knee should be bent when the tu pi acupoint is acupunctured". The acupuncture of the "tu pi" acupoint helps to clear and activate the channels and collaterals,which is conducive to the treatment of knee pain, numbness,difficulty in extension and flexion, and beriberi. It can be seen that the "tu pi" acupoint plays an indispensable role in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA) for ancient Chinese doctors. In modern times, the "tu pi" acupoint is also used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by conventional acupuncture,moxibustion, heat-sensitive moxibustion, warm acupuncture,therapeutic manipulation for injured soft tissues, comprehensive therapy and laser moxibustion. |
